Terms of Service
By using Ivory, you agree to these terms. Plain version: use it to practice, be reasonable, and understand it is provided as-is.
Using Ivory
- You may use Ivory for personal, non-commercial practice.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create a cloud account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password secure.

Your account and content
You choose your display name. Don't use a name that is offensive, impersonates someone else, or infringes anyone's rights. We may remove names that break this rule.
Availability
Ivory is offered as-is and as-available. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. We don't guarantee your saved data against loss, so treat it as practice data, not a system of record.
No warranty
Ivory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
Music and learning
Ivory is an educational practice tool. Chord names and voicings are common musical knowledge. Ivory does not stream or distribute copyrighted recordings.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
